Stroll and Sip Consultation
During our 1-2 hour consultation, we will stroll from your curb to closets discussing the needs of your home to get it list ready! And yes, we'll even bring the beverage of your choice. Now weather that may be coffee, water, or something stronger to ease the process, we'll leave that up to you!
This option is for the DIY individual who just needs a nudge in the right direction. We will come up with a plan of action, the staging report, to create a beautiful and photographable listing!

This staging selection leaves it up to us to serve up the refreshment that will suit your home! Putting the staging report into action, we will roll up our sleeves to stage the main areas in your home. Leaving it fabulous, picture perfect, and ready to sell fast!
